As Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager, you will Lead a Team to ensure that the Business operates in Compliance with all relevant jurisdictional regulations.
Reporting to Head of Compliance, you will have a strong Management Background and experience working within Technology & will play a Key Role in ensuring that the Business is Compliant with it’s Regulatory Responsibilities.
Skills & Experience of GRC Manager will include:
- Previous Managerial Experience
- Strong Understanding of Information Technology & Experience of working within IT
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Previous Experience Analysing Varying Impacts across Compliance Programs
- Attention to Detail & Excellent Documentation Skills
- Pragmatic Approach to Administration of Governance
Main Responsibilities of Compliance Manager role:
- Managing Team of Analysts & Team Leaders with Meetings, One-to-Ones & Coaching
- Assessing Impact of Business Projects & Changes Against Compliance Requirements
- Providing Internal Consultancy to Internal Departments on Regulatory Matters
- Liaising with Key Stakeholders to Ensure Regulations are Complied against
- Developing Strong Understanding of Relevant Regulations
- Identifying & Provisioning Regulatory Training & Knowledge Transfer
- Communicating with Regulatory Bodies
- Identifying Non-Compliance & Escalating
