Overview:

This is a tremendous opportunity for a Lead Security Consultant looking to move into a highly Autonomous newly created role to Build & Manage a New Offensive Security Capability within an existing & high performing In-House Security Team of circa 40 Staff. As a Red Team Security Specialist you will focus on the technical side of IT Security, specifically around Complex Adversarial Simulation & Emulation Engagements in the Testing of the Security of both Applications & Infrastructure.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven Experience of Red Teaming Methodologies & Techniques
  • Strong Understanding of Offensive Security Tools & Techniques
  • Advanced Working Knowledge of Penetration Testing Techniques, Adversarial Emulation & Application Security Best Practise
  • Knowledge of Planned, Structured Methodologies for Conducting & Reporting Security Assessments
  • Experience of Conducting Red Team Engagements such as Scenario-Based Simulations
  • Supporting the Application Security Team by Testing In-House Developed Applications running on Test Environments
  • Understanding of Command & Control Frameworks, AD & Cloud Penetration Techniques
  • Ideally (but Not Essentially) any the following: OSEP, CRTO, OSCE, OSWE & OSCP.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying & Managing any Security Issues by Conducting Comprehensive Red Team Engagements including Attack Simulation within the Business’s Software & Infrastructure
  • Identifying Vulnerabilities in Networks, Applications & Systems through Advanced Penetration Testing & Social Engineering Techniques
  • Liaising with the Vulnerability Management Teams & Resolution Teams.
  • Provide Detailed Reports & Recommendations, Guiding the Security Team towards Effective Security Solutions & Best Practices.
  • Collaborating with Development, Infrastructure & Security Teams to fortify Systems against Cyber Threats
  • Work on the Security of Closed Sourced, Open Source & In-House Applications and ensure that Systems & Services are Built with Privacy & Security by Design.
